La residencia Llar d'avis Santa Eulàlia recibe opiniones mayoritariamente positivas que destacan la dedicación del personal, la limpieza de las instalaciones y el trato cálido y personalizado hacia los residentes, con especial reconocimiento a la directora Mercè. Sin embargo, existe al menos una crítica significativa sobre la inadecuada adaptación de las comidas a las necesidades dietéticas de algunos residentes, lo que refleja posibles inconsistencias en la atención individualizada.

It doesn't deserve a single star. My father was there, and they were able to give him a small, cold slice of pizza, when my father could eat solid food. Obviously, he couldn't eat it... So... Off to bed without dinner. Depressing.

I am very pleased with the care the residents receive at this care home. The healthcare staff demonstrates exceptional dedication and personalized care. They are attentive and treat each resident with respect and dignity, tailoring their care to each individual. I highly recommend this center for its exceptional human and professional qualities.

It's like all nursing homes, or as they say nowadays, a retirement home. They have the necessary staff and facilities to do their job. I know they do everything they can, and yet it still saddens me greatly. The staff provides good care, and the residents are clean, well-fed, and well looked after. They spend their time watching TV or chatting amongst themselves, so thank you to everyone, and to Mrs. Mercé, who runs it, doing the best she can. It's not as easy as people think. A big hug to the caregivers.

It's a residence located in a residential area of Santa Eulalia de Ronçna, surrounded by nature. The rooms are very clean and welcoming, with large windows and a garden that offers pleasant winter sun and shade in summer. The entire place is clean, cozy, and small, with a warm, homey feel. My visits have coincided with every shift and every day of the week, and everyone, from the director to the most junior staff member, including the medical team, is incredibly friendly, kind, patient, helpful, and caring. Highly recommended! Today, more than a year after my previous review, I'm reading some of the other reviews and I think it's sad and unfair. I know everyone is entitled to their opinions and that resentment can sometimes make opinions subjective, but our experience is so different... My aunt passed away less than a week ago. She was completely lucid and never tired of praising each and every person at the residence. Right up until the very last moment, the management was attentive to our needs. I must reiterate, the excellent treatment, kindness, and care that everyone receives is constant and truly outstanding. Both the director, Mercè, and Iván are exceptionally wonderful people. I have seen and worked in several senior care facilities, and after all that experience, I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend Llar D'avis de Sta. Eulàlia de Ronçana. Once again, I want to thank the entire team at the residence for all the love, care, and outstanding service that not only my aunt and all the residents received—as we witnessed during our many unexpected visits—but also us, the family and friends who visited her. I take my hat off to you all and sincerely thank you.
