La residencia "Llar d'avis Cal Garret" recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios destacan positivamente la calidad de la atención del personal, las instalaciones limpias y aireadas, y la buena alimentación, expresando gran satisfacción con el cuidado de sus familiares. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy crítica que cuestiona el verdadero compromiso del equipo con el bienestar de los residentes, alegando negligencia y falta de calidad en algunos servicios, lo que refleja una disparidad significativa en las experiencias de los usuarios.

We are grateful for the care and attention our mother has received during the years that the residence has been her home. All the workers try to do their job as best as possible.

Impeccable treatment, assistants and nurses looking after the grandparents at all times, own kitchen and very good food. Airy rooms, with lots of sun. Library area with patio, trees, birds, turtles... everything very clean. Very, very good.

They work flat out, and few of the staff members seem to care about the health and well-being of the elderly residents. My grandmother was there for a few years and passed away unexpectedly (not from Covid). I would NEVER take anyone there, nor would I recommend it. They'd rather have the elderly sedated or bedridden than have to be there for them... The food is low quality (they spend as little as possible), etc...
