El Hotel residencia Ficus destaca positivamente por su atención personalizada, personal atento y amable, actividades variadas y comida casera de calidad, ganándose la gratitud de familias cuyos seres queridos se sienten cómodos y bien cuidados. Sin embargo, algunas reseñas señalan problemas en la gestión y coordinación entre diferentes departamentos, sugiriendo que mientras el personal de cuidados directos es excelente, existen deficiencias en la administración y en la formación de algunos miembros del equipo directivo.

Good daycare residence for elders. They do lots of different activities each day and the meals they serve are acceptable (that's what I've been told anyway).

My husband stayed at the Ficus Residence and the experience was wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed with open arms by all the staff. The nurses were always attentive and incredibly kind. The reception staff were super friendly. The food is homemade. They were always on top of things to make sure everything ran smoothly. In short, I can only express my gratitude for how everyone made us feel right at home during our time there. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!

The geroculturist, kitchen and humbler staff are a 10. The management staff, the high graduates not so much, basically they do not take care of the staff they have and basically the Educator is the only valid person who has been there for a long time. Honestly, they try to do everything right from the start, but it is difficult, now, some time later, I am very clear that other areas and better qualified people work better.
