It's a very family-oriented residence; the residents are very well cared for and feel very loved. My uncle lived there, and they always kept me informed about his well-being. He was very pampered; the specialists who worked with him were wonderful people who brought so much life to his life. Lina, the director, made me feel supported and kept me informed about everything. She protected him and, within the circumstances, gave him all the comfort she could. I recommend this residence if, as a family member, you want peace of mind and to feel like you're visiting your loved one at home, where they make you feel welcome and you know they are very well cared for! They also adapt very well to each family member's circumstances and ensure their final years are good, positive, full of love, and joy. I won't forget you! We are very, very happy with the new management of the Santa Rosalia Residence, and especially with Lina. Her work over these past five months has been spectacular. Thanks to her and her staff, the Santa Rosalia Residence has now improved 100% and is worthy of very positive reviews. However, the financial situation is forcing us to change. Thank you for everything. I give the residence 5 stars because the new management, in five months, has completely changed the previous situation, and this is very encouraging for changes in the very near future. The residents are happy, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Thank you, Lina, and all the staff for taking care of my aunt.

Not recommended, avoid this residence. They impersonate users to receive information themselves instead of the families. I have no relatives with the last name PC, so please don't reply that the comment is invalid because you've never had anyone with that last name. I hope I never met you or left any loved ones here.

A very disappointing and frustrating experience. Despite the promised visits, we encountered a hostile and uncooperative attitude from the staff toward family members. We were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, preventing dignified and respectful contact with our loved one. The lack of empathy and inconsiderate treatment make this nursing home an unsuitable place for family communication, negatively impacting the well-being of both residents and their loved ones.

I want to share this with those who need to take the always difficult step of placing a loved one in a care home. My husband and I, after much deliberation, chose Residencia Santa Rosalia for my mother. She has been well cared for from the very first moment, with dedication from all the staff. The Director is always attentive and professional, as are the Social Worker, the physiotherapist, the social worker, and so on. Thank you so much for everything. We are truly grateful!
