My father became part of the Amavir Sant Cugat family in January 2022 and stayed until January 12, 2026, the day he passed away. The residence has a garden, a library, a room for activities and birthday parties, a physiotherapy room with expert physiotherapists, a hair salon, a podiatry service, and a cafeteria that fosters interaction between residents and their families. At reception, you'll always find someone who greets you with a smile. The director's office is open to everyone; Marta, the director, is always willing to listen to your concerns and try to address them as best she can. Over these years, I formed close bonds with the center's staff: technicians, assistants, and some of the residents and their families, who became like family to my father and me, as I tried to visit him daily in his final years. I am grateful to everyone for their care and support, especially during these last days of his life, when he experienced a significant physical decline that led to his passing. The residence, with its medical, nursing, and support staff, helped my father die peacefully, and we were fortunate enough to be with him. Thank you for everything, and I hope you will continue the excellent work you do for our elderly residents.

I'm very grateful to the entire staff. The treatment I received was top-notch throughout, both from the technicians and the coordinators, all very attentive. Personally, the person who helped me the most was the afternoon shift coordinator, whose manner was top-notch, kind, and approachable, which is greatly appreciated during the difficult times the family is experiencing. She has always been very helpful and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Professionals like this are rare and highly valued. I want to thank the humane treatment of this center. My father was treated with great dignity and human quality until his last day. I feel deeply grateful and wanted to make special mention of Laia, Sara, Raquel, Andrea, Enric, Marc, Jesús, and all the people who accompanied us until the last day and made us feel at home. I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the entire team at the center for the care, affection, and professionalism with which they looked after my mother during her stay. From the coordinator, Antonia, always approachable and helpful, to the activities staff, who bring enthusiasm and motivation every day, the psychologist, physiotherapists, and social workers, who provide empathetic and dedicated support, as well as the nursing and support staff, whose daily efforts are evident in every detail. I also want to thank the reception staff, always attentive and ready to help with a smile. Finally, I want to acknowledge the management, because thanks to their organization and excellent work, everything runs smoothly with the human touch that families value so much. We leave with the peace of mind of knowing we left my mother in the hands of an outstanding team, which combines professionalism with exceptional human care.
