The owners think that because they're bosses, they can treat everyone, and not just everyone, but their staff, like garbage. They disrespect the residents who are there for the rest of their lives, as if they have to thank them for everything, when those elderly people are there paying a fortune because they can't be alone in their own homes. The lack of staff means the work is done poorly, and they can't dedicate the necessary time to each person there. It's outrageous.

She couldn't have been better cared for. I'm so, so, so happy with the treatment my grandmother received, as well as the care we, her family, received. The caregivers were exceptional. We're all so glad that my grandmother's last days at the Élite residence were so good.
