La Residencia de 3ª edad Ciudad Jardín destaca por su personal altamente comprometido y compasivo que brinda excelente atención a los residentes, con una ubicación privilegiada cerca de la playa que la hace muy atractiva para las familias. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa respecto al estado de las instalaciones y la seguridad, ya que se reporta que el edificio es antiguo y carece de mantenimiento cualificado adecuado.
