La Residencia El Pinar cuenta con una atención excepcional al cuidado de los residentes, profesionales altamente cualificados y unas instalaciones excelentes que generan gran satisfacción entre las familias, siendo destacada como un lugar cálido y acogedor donde los mayores reciben excelente atención. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la gestión administrativa y las políticas de cobro de la empresa, con reportes sobre falta de flexibilidad en la resolución de problemas económicos y un trato poco humanitario en estos aspectos.

We are very satisfied with Residencia Nexus Mombeltran. They take exceptional care of the residents, working on psychomotor skills daily to ensure that the body remains active even in old age. The medical service is excellent, the staff is kind and friendly, the facilities and food are good, the cleanliness is excellent, the daily activities are great, and the staff and management are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Our experience at the Nexus Mombeltran Residence has been very positive and satisfactory. This center has excellent professionals and a management team that coordinates and directs everything meticulously. They take close care of the residents, which is why we call it: A Big Family. A super welcoming and excellent residence in every way, both in the care provided to residents and the treatment of their families. Professional management with a full team of doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals. The indoor and outdoor facilities are fantastic. And the meals for the residents deserve special mention. Highly recommended! I only hope that if I ever have to live in a care home, I find one like yours. The staff at the residence are lovely and do their jobs very well. As always, the problem is the management company. BEWARE... THEY DON'T FORGIVE MISTAKES. Once you pay, there's no mercy, and if there's a problem, they don't even consider it; they'll leave you penniless. The company doesn't treat people like human beings. WATCH YOUR wallet, especially if you pay in cash. BE CAREFUL.
