Hotel Residencia de Mayores Las 4 Palmeras recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas, con usuarios destacando la calidad del trato del personal, la limpieza impecable de las instalaciones y la atención médica frecuente, aunque existe una reseña negativa aislada sobre deficiencias en higiene y trato al personal y otra que sugiere la falta de una enfermera disponible. En general, la mayoría de familiares de residentes expresan alta satisfacción con el cuidado recibido, considerando la residencia como un lugar seguro y bien gestionado.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here because I know they're important (especially for care homes for our parents) and that many of us use them to narrow down our choices. My father (who recently passed away) was a resident at Las 4 Palmeras, and I sincerely believe that the care and attention he received there could hardly have been better. The staff is flexible, kind, and caring. The cleanliness is remarkable. Special mention goes to Antonio, who helped us at every turn, always available, always attentive. I think that, given the circumstances (it's a care home for the elderly, all of whom have their own individual challenges, with all that entails), we were very lucky to find Las 4 Palmeras. Thank you for everything.

During my father's time here, I can't say anything negative. Excellent treatment from the entire staff, good facilities, spacious and fully adapted rooms, frequent and attentive medical team, activities for memory, mobility, entertainment, etc. The elderly are always clean and well cared for. It has magnificent, spacious, new facilities, and is remarkably clean. The service provided by both the management and service staff is excellent.

The poor elderly people eat flies, and the employees treat them disrespectfully, despite the huge amount of money they earn. I got my mother out of there.

Like almost everything in life, it has its strengths and weaknesses; I miss having a nurse in a care home with so many residents.
