Sin embargo, existe una crítica significativa respecto a la disponibilidad limitada de la dirección y la falta de coordinación en situaciones que requieren apoyo médico fuera del horario establecido, lo que plantea preocupaciones sobre la flexibilidad y empatía en casos de emergencia.

This is completely unacceptable. It's become very clear that the director's working hours are until 2 PM. Despite having medical coverage until 3 PM (the local doctor's office hours), we, the family members, had to go to the doctor at 1 PM to get a urine sample strip. Then, the director told us she was leaving at 2 PM, that anything that happened after that time was our problem, and that we had to take the samples to the doctor ourselves to get our relative's results. As you can see, this is the kind of empathy, sympathy, and concern they convey. Please consider this review a formal complaint form, as the residence itself did not provide one. Very disappointed.
