La Residencial Valle del Sol destaca por su equipo profesional, dedicado y afectuoso, así como por sus instalaciones espaciosas con un agradable jardín y comidas caseras de calidad, aspectos que generan alta satisfacción en las familias. Sin embargo, el mobiliario representa una debilidad significativa, ya que varios usuarios reportan que hay insuficientes sillones para todos los residentes y que éstos se encuentran en mal estado, siendo ésta la principal área de mejora para la residencia.

One of the hardest moments is leaving your mother in a care home. The facilities are ideal, the spacious garden was our refuge, the home-cooked meals, the cleanliness… these were all important factors when choosing our mother's future home. But the best part is the intangible. The affection, the kisses, the words of encouragement from all the staff are what truly stand out. The team is professional and dedicated. Thank you for your support in recent days; it was outstanding.

Good service, but I've noticed there aren't enough armchairs for all the residents, and quite a few are in very bad condition.

Valle del Sol, where a piece of my heart remains. First and foremost, I want to express how much I suffered having to place my beloved son in a care home. But over the past two years, I have come to feel content (not happy, because that would mean having him with me). However, I do want to acknowledge your compassion, patience, dedication, and care, from the management to all the staff, which you demonstrate every day to make both residents and families feel at home. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and for giving me peace of mind knowing that my beloved son has found his second home and a second family among you. The place, spacious and comfortable with its garden for residents and visitors, is a truly beautiful setting, as the Caldones Valley is an important part of our paradise. Best wishes to all!
