I want to thank the director, Jose, and his mother, Isabel, for the exquisite care you have given my grandmother Nieves, and all the residents. Your care of the elderly, the activities, the parties you hold with them, the games... and, above all, your love. For my grandmother, you have been her second family. The owners of the residence, José and Isabel, are very kind people, both themselves and their staff. They treat the residents like family, making them feel at home. They are always attentive to the care of our seniors so they don't lack anything. The residence is very cozy and comfortable with its beautiful rooms. And it has a beautiful gazebo and a large grounds where residents can sunbathe, walk, or listen to the beautiful music they play. Highly recommended. Thank you to the entire team at Residencia el Pardo for the warm welcome you gave my grandmother and her family. 😘😘

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my father could only stay for a few months, but I must say that the care he received during his time there was exceptional. The caregivers were always very kind and attentive, never showing any displeasure. It's a small, rural-style residence, very welcoming, far removed from the typical overcrowded ones you find in Gijón. It has a lovely, well-maintained courtyard where the residents can spend time on hot days. The residence is located in Granda de Arriba, but it's easily accessible. The EMTUSA bus line 16 passes by every 20 minutes and stops very close by. Finally, I want to thank the director and all the caregivers for their professionalism with the residents and the excellent treatment they also give to family members who visit their loved ones.

My husband was there for 6 years and they treated him very well. Every time we went to see him, he was clean and very well groomed. The staff was very attentive and caring with the inmates. A ten for me.
