It's a relief to have found a residence for my mother (Alzheimer's) that matches the Arces family's profile. It will never be the same as having them at home, I'm aware of that, but I'm lucky to find "something" that might resemble it. The manager, Estela, was humane, friendly, straightforward, and caring. The staff demonstrated order, cleanliness, and control during every visit. A very good experience.

I went to ask for information about the nursing home, and a short-haired brunette greeted me in a super-rude, rude, and totally uneducated manner. She didn't even let me speak. I wondered if they treated a potential client like that, how they'd treat our poor elderly when we weren't around. I left without the information I wanted and with no desire to put my mother there.

It's a good residence, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, the surroundings are very attractive, and it has a huge terrace with spectacular views of Gijón. The food is adequate for seniors, and my mother is as happy as anyone can be in a residence.
