My mother spent four disappointing months in this care home... until she finally got a place in a public one. The management and administration were terrible. They agreed to everything but did nothing but pace around the common room shouting and giving orders. They didn't process any of my bills correctly the first time. The lack of staff meant the elderly were left in the sun until they got sunburned. My mother suffered burns on her arms, face, and the tops of her feet. The staff were lovely, but they were overwhelmed, so falls were common. My mother fell, and the staff only told me when I went to visit her. Shortly after she arrived, they lost first one of her hearing aids and then the other, without explanation or compensation from management, who blamed the staff for everything. Clothes would disappear for weeks, and when they reappeared, they weren't properly dried (the laundry service was appalling, with no dryer). One day I saw a woman leave quickly, and the next day I found out she was a resident who had escaped (so I could report it)... terrible. I don't think the family even knew. Luckily, my mother was granted a place in a public care home, and we were able to move there. We're delighted now; the management and care were impeccable, as it should be. After we left, I learned they had a scabies outbreak. It doesn't surprise me, and I doubt they'll be able to resolve it if they don't take hygiene measures seriously.

I feel compelled to share my experience at this so-called nursing home. My mother was admitted on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Two days later, they sent us a message saying they were closing their doors to family members due to measles and scabies. Didn't they know this beforehand and, out of self-interest, didn't tell us anything?... A 94-year-old woman (my mother), dependent and with difficulty speaking, was left in the sun without any protection. Her hands and arms were burned, she wasn't given food, she fell, and they didn't tell us how or why she ended up with injuries on her face and hands. Since we went to pick her up every day because they wouldn't let anyone in, we witnessed the negligence day after day and decided to take her out after a week. When we went to get her, they gave us other people's clothes; they didn't know where hers were, and when they found them, they were dirty. To make sure we didn't lack anything, they gave us other people's medication. I could go on, but it's too long and sad. Please don't take your elderly relatives to this awful place. I'd rather not comment on the directors. I suppose they weren't around for fear of catching scabies, etc. But they certainly got paid.

I admitted a family member a month ago, and the experience couldn't have been worse. Lack of care, zero management attention, and facilities that don't meet many safety measures. Absolute neglect for the number of residents and understaffed. I would never recommend it.

A very family-friendly residence, where you feel the warmth and kindness of the staff from the very first moment. The team is exceptional, always attentive and clearly focused on the individual. Without a doubt, a place where you know your loved ones are in the best hands. A 10 in every way!

The people who run this nursing home are heartless. The residents are treated quite poorly. I would never leave a loved one here again. There are many options; don't settle; make your loved ones' last moments as pleasant and beautiful as possible.
