I want to thank Vanesa and all her staff for the wonderful care they gave my father in his final months. It's a truly welcoming place, where they take excellent care of our elderly. They helped me immensely. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

From personal experience, I would never recommend this care home. Inhumane treatment (and that's an understatement), terrible management, they're only interested in money. If you truly care about your elderly relatives, never send them here. I know what I'm talking about.

They don't provide the care required by a completely dependent person. We left a resident there for 20 days who was totally dependent and had no infections. He died yesterday after a few days in the hospital. There, it was evident that his oral hygiene had been completely neglected, and he had a gum and throat infection, as if he hadn't had his teeth brushed in at least two weeks. Food and bacteria had accumulated, possibly causing his fever and loss of appetite.

I know both the facilities and the staff very well; I visit this center every week. The facilities are perfectly suited to the work they do, and the staff is fantastic, offering both warmth and expertise. For me, it's a 10 out of 10, and through my work, I'm familiar with many senior care facilities.

I'm very happy with the center. It's welcoming, family-friendly, super clean, and has lots of activities, including dance and physical therapy. And the best part is that it has no visiting hours and its staff.
