Sin embargo, hay críticas puntuales sobre la atención en recepción y preocupaciones respecto a la supervisión de residentes con deterioro cognitivo, aspectos que merecerían mayor atención por parte de la dirección.

My grandmother was a resident for three years, and I can't express enough gratitude to all the staff at the care home. They kept her informed about her condition and treated her with endless patience and affection. The facilities are fantastic, everything is spotless, and being close to the Felguera health center is a real plus. Visiting hours are very generous and even flexible when work commitments meant I was less available.

If you have a family member in this care home, please keep a close eye on them; I highly recommend it. Especially if they are not doing well cognitively.

I think they should have nicer people at the reception desk. The lady there, named María José, was a lemon. Maybe she thought I was going to order something. She treated me hatefully. I just went to ask how to submit my resume, but imagine working with bitter people. I'll pass!
