"Excellent care. A thousand thanks to everyone." I wrote this a year ago when my father entered the Residence. From then until his passing in December, I continued to feel the same way. The comprehensive patient care and the family-like treatment he received are hallmarks of the place. Even after my father's death, the support I received has left me speechless. Thank you, Laura, Almudena, and Fredi, for those mornings of laughter with him and for your professionalism. And to the rest of the staff, thank you for your patience and the way you treated my father, especially during the difficult times, when you never had a bad word or a harsh gesture. I miss my father very much, but I will also miss you all.
