There is an atmosphere of genuine care and affection. Every staff member, whether caregiver, nurse, therapist, or maintenance staff, demonstrates deep dedication and warmth that makes the seniors feel heard, valued, and loved. What impresses me most is the family-like treatment we receive. At Los Sauces, not only are physical and medical needs attended to, but the emotional well-being of each resident is also cared for. The activities are varied, stimulating, and tailored to their tastes and interests, fostering their joy, creativity, and sense of belonging. Communication with the families is constant and close. We always receive updates about the condition of our loved ones, their mood, progress, or simply daily anecdotes. This gives us immense peace of mind: knowing they are in the hands of professionals who truly care about their happiness. The director of the Los Sauces Residence conveys closeness, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the elderly. His dedication is evident in the center's warm, family-like atmosphere. I am very grateful for the care and attention the residents receive. I called on March 11, 2023, at 11:01 AM. The response was: "We have a manager, BUT we don't take calls from outside the company, and you can't share the manager's number with me." The service was very rude; it felt like you were calling to ask for a favor and weren't prepared to pay. A shame.
