La Residencia La Golondrina es un servicio social importante que atiende a personas mayores sin recursos, financiado por colaboraciones privadas y organismos públicos, lo cual es valorado positivamente por algunos usuarios. Sin embargo, las reseñas revelan graves preocupaciones sobre la calidad de la atención, incluyendo denuncias de negligencia, falta de personal adequado y trato inapropiado hacia los residentes, lo que contrasta fuertemente con las opiniones favorables sobre su función social.

31/01/25 Lack of humanity, attention, and arrogance! I just found one of their clients 20 meters from the center, lying in the ditch along the Gardenia path, trembling, pale, and nervous... he'd been there for quite a while. I asked for help, but they couldn't provide it, saying they were busy with dinners and there were two of them for 64. This Félix guy who appeared on the scene—I intend to find out who he is, because he's definitely not a client! I won't elaborate further because I will report this to the appropriate organizations and authorities. It's a disgrace what this man had to go through!

This residence is the best in Asturias. It is a place for people without resources or with low incomes who cannot afford to enter a senior residence due to the high prices. In this place, you only pay a percentage of your monthly income or what you will if you earn little or nothing. It is intended for poor and underprivileged people.

Some disgraceful people, it seems unbelievable that they leave people like that in charge of a nursing home.
