Although I've seen that the management of the residence has changed, and I don't know what the new management will be like... When the old director was there, I have to say it wasn't all as rosy as it's portrayed on social media. The staff were exploited, forced to do not only the duties of caregivers but also cooks and cleaners. They were always leaving late, working 16-hour shifts, and completely exhausted trying to get the job done. Not to mention that they monitored the staff with a camera, preventing them from even sitting down to rest or simply have breakfast. It was one of the most exploitative situations I've ever seen. I hope things have changed with the new management, because otherwise, I don't know how people put up with it there.

I loved the family atmosphere. The directors helped me the entire time my mother was with them. I'm also very grateful for the care provided by the assistants who work here; we felt right at home. The best decision we could have made was to trust this center.

It's a residence I highly recommend, both for its facilities and for the care residents and their families receive from the directors and staff. My father was very well looked after there.

Delighted. My father has been here for two years, and as soon as I could, I brought my aunt from another region. The care couldn't be more personal. It's like being at home. They also offer many fun activities to encourage participation, such as painting, ceramics, and crafts. The management is excellent and very approachable, always available for anything you need. The caregivers are very affectionate. I couldn't have found a better place. It's so reassuring to go home knowing they're being cared for as if they were still with me.
