La Residencia Espíritu Santo Plaza Camín destaca por su personal cálido y afectuoso que proporciona un cuidado de calidad a los residentes, generando confianza en las familias, aunque algunos usuarios señalan inconsistencias en la prestación de servicios complementarios como podiatría y peluquería que no se ofrecen con regularidad a pesar de estar publicitados. En general, predomina la satisfacción con la atención recibida, aunque existe margen de mejora en la disponibilidad de los servicios adicionales.

First of all, I would like to thank Luz and Ángeles for the love and affection they have shown my parents. I also want to thank the entire staff. It's a wonderful residence, and the most wonderful thing is that it's so caring. You feel at ease leaving your loved ones in good hands. I thank you so much for the care my parents and I received. In the short time I have been visiting the residence it seems that the staff is affectionate with the grandparents, the hairdressing and podiatry service that they advertise, I have not seen it despite asking for it several times, it seems that if there are not enough clients there is no service, which is a real problem and the feet are very important, it is not merely about aesthetics

The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and lovely. My grandmother is being very well looked after.
