Hello to everyone who needs to know. My mother is one of the residents of this residence. She's young, 76 years old. However, she can no longer take responsibility for her well-being and safety. However, she is aware of the treatment, affection, care, and attention she receives. She also knows what she eats, and according to her, the food is perfect and unbeatable. In my mother's words, everything is perfect: the cleanliness, the treatment, and the food. She's calm, comfortable, and happy there. Better than home; she doesn't want to come back just to check on her. I can only say thank you, knowing my mother's personality, which is something I never thought I'd say.

The least you can ask of a senior care center is that they treat the residents well. I don't know of other centers, but we've been incredibly lucky. The staff are of the highest caliber, and that's invaluable. It's clean, tidy, helpful, and empathetic—you couldn't ask for more. And the building itself is beautiful and perfectly located in terms of accessibility, outdoor spaces, and so on.

I was fortunate enough to have my parents in this residence, and I can say that they were both very well cared for. They felt very comfortable with the attention and care they received from both the caregivers and the management. The center has fabulous facilities, the food was always very good, but above all, I would highlight the caregivers, who were always very attentive and caring in their work with my parents.

A fantastic place with an unbeatable location and efficient and professional staff. I see the other negative comments (admittedly somewhat old) and I don't know if they're talking about the same place, things have changed a lot, or if they're basically the typical ones who only have to say something when it's time to complain. I haven't tried the food, but from what my father says about the menu, it seems very adequate and balanced. In terms of quantity, if he's told me anything, it's that sometimes he leaves something behind because it's too much. As for visits, I recently spent three weeks going almost every day and haven't had any problems. I've gone up to his room as many times as necessary without any hindrance. Throughout my time at the residence, I have witnessed proper and professional behavior from the staff toward my father and the other residents. Above all, I am grateful for the effort that has been made to adapt my father to the residence and the residence to my father. Especially from the director, the psychologist, the social worker, and of course the rest of the staff who provide daily care.
