Opiniones

As a former middle manager, I have to say that working at A. Auditorio was both very pleasant and intense. My quirks, my way of doing things, and my management style were respected. I never felt pressured beyond what I put on myself. There was always good horizontal communication with N., the residence manager, who personally tried to understand me, and I felt respected at all times. The same was true for the administrative and human resources staff, L. and A. I never left a review on Google, neither positive nor negative, but I believe this residence deserves it. It's clear there are things that can be improved, of course. Finally, I do recommend this place for middle management positions, both because of the many employees I had the honor of working with, and because of the schedule and the salary. My dear friends, there's more to life than public institutions; we need to broaden our horizons.

After reading the reviews, we were hesitant to take my mother to the Aramo Auditorio residence, and we're so glad we didn't listen. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and attention given to her (primarily) and to us. The affection and care shown to all the residents by the entire staff is truly outstanding. The food was varied and delicious. I completely disagree with the opinions I read here, as every time my mother needed anything, they were there, always with a smile. Thank you for making our lives easier and for making her stay so comfortable and pleasant.

Don't bring your loved ones with you because it's a cemetery. The prices are extremely expensive, the staff is extremely limited, and there's overwork. Cases of scabies, starvation of the elderly, and much more. I have a relative in the hospital with bone sores and various strains of bacteria. The poor man wasn't even given anything to eat; he arrived dehydrated and in very serious condition. The Inspectorate and the Principality should take action on this matter URGENTLY.

From a one-month stay. 1. My mother's clothes were mixed up with her roommate's, and no solution was found after several notifications. Items that didn't belong to the resident in question, which had already been notified, and other items such as a cell phone and a ball of wool of unknown origin, appeared in the suitcase. 2. Three belts were taken, and she was seen several times with one that wasn't hers. When returning the belts at the end of the stay, it was necessary to claim them because they didn't initially come with the rest of the items, the opening magnets disappeared, and one of the belts wasn't the one she had taken. 3. Information was provided only with the necessary information, and it was always necessary to insistently request it. Returning home with severe eczema all over her back and diaper area, likely due to carelessness when drying after bathing or due to laundry issues. 4. Fungal nail fungus during the stay, which was identified by the family. 5. Change of roommate without notice, resulting in disruption to the resident's life. 6. Disappearance of the patient's bag. In conclusion, everyone should bring their own things, but even though everything is identified, they then mix it up carelessly, and nothing is anyone's fault.

Terrible service (unbelievable considering what residents pay), understaffed, and the few staff members they have are constantly changing due to the working conditions. The director is clearly not qualified to manage this type of facility... it's a complete disaster. I wouldn't take any of my elderly relatives there.
