We are so grateful for the care my grandmother received until her last day. At first, you're afraid of "leaving" her in a place you don't know, but day after day, you showed us it was the best decision... the best place and the best caregivers. A spectacular meal, excellent facilities, and I have to keep emphasizing the warm hospitality you provided... you're like a big little family for "the grandparents." When my grandmother was in her final days, you were always there to offer a cup of coffee... linden tea... chamomile tea... whatever we needed. You keep them super clean... scented with "Nenuco" (I loved it). We wouldn't have enough time to thank you for everything. Thank you so much on behalf of my entire family. I wish there were more people like you.

Mis abuelos estuvieron muchos años allí y solo tengo muy buenas palabras para ellos. El personal lo mejor, todas y todos ellos, cada uno. Se preocupan mucho por el bienestar de los residentes, siempre con una sonrisa, muy cercanos. Un abrazo enorme de la nieta de Juan y Sara.

They adapt to each person's needs, unlike other places where everything is just a schedule. Here, if you want to take a nap, you can; if you don't, you can't; if you're not well and want to stay in bed, they don't force you to get up. They make sure you eat well and treat you with love, in addition to being very empathetic with the family. It's a difficult decision to make, but I feel very calm seeing how they treat my mother.
