My experience at this senior living residence has been excellent. From day one, the treatment has been warm, humane, and highly professional. All the staff demonstrate extraordinary dedication and affection for the residents, and this is evident every day. The facilities are very well-maintained, clean, and perfectly adapted to the needs of the elderly. The rooms are spacious, bright, and welcoming, and the common areas foster a sense of community and well-being. I want to especially highlight Marina, from management, for her commitment, approachability, and constant availability. She is always attentive to everything, with a kind and helpful manner for both residents and their families. It's very reassuring to have someone like her in charge. I also want to mention Cris, from the kitchen, who does an exceptional job. The meals are homemade, delicious, and well-balanced, tailored to the tastes and needs of each resident. My grandmother is always delighted with the food, and that says a lot. In terms of healthcare, the residence has a team that provides continuous monitoring and is attentive to the residents' well-being. Knowing that there is staff prepared to handle any situation gives families great peace of mind. The activities they organize are also a strong point: varied, entertaining, and designed to stimulate physical, cognitive, and emotional development. It's clear that there is dedication and care behind every activity. As a family member, I feel deeply grateful and at ease knowing that my grandmother Pilar is in a place where she is cared for with respect, affection, and professionalism. This residence is absolutely recommendable in every way.

If you're looking for a residence with a jacuzzi, gym, personal physiotherapist, etc., Kaizen probably isn't what you need. But if you need people who know how to care for your loved one professionally and, more importantly, with compassion, then you'll find Angela, Fran, the two Lucías, Adrián, and the rest of the staff whose names I've forgotten. Marina is the director, and her efficiency is directly proportional to her humanity. I could elaborate further, but I don't think I can express my gratitude to them all any better.

Tengo una familiar ingresada en el centro desde hace tiempo y puedo decir que nuestra experiencia es maravillosa. Toda la familia estamos muy contentos: cuando contactamos con el centro, sus instalaciones, el contacto cercano con los trabajadores, la comida… Y, lo más importante para nosotros es ver como está ella allí, feliz, cuidada, atendida, y así lo transmite cada vez que vamos a verla. Gracias por tratarlos como si fueran vuestra propia familia❤️

My mother entered this nursing home in November 2022 and sadly passed away in June. And I can assure you that the best decision we ever made was to bring Mom to this nursing home. The people who work at this nursing home, from the director to everyone who works there, are second to none. From day one, they treat you very well, and you feel like part of this great family. They are very professional, and any questions you may have are answered and explained perfectly. My mother had a lot of problems with food because she wouldn't eat anything at home, so we brought her there, and from day one, she started eating everything, and her appearance improved dramatically, and she seemed very happy. The cook makes delicious and varied food, and it's all homemade, with no catering like other nursing homes. I personally really liked the facilities, and in the summer, you can go outside to sunbathe and breathe fresh air under a tree, which is wonderful. Without a doubt, I would recommend this nursing home to anyone I know without hesitation. And I just have to thank every single person who works at this nursing home, for the professional and, above all, friendly people you have been to us. And thank you so much for taking care of our mother, too. Seeing your mother happy is worth more than all the gold in the world.
