An exceptional place. The first thing you feel is the warmth of the people; they're like one of the family, and from the very first moment, they treated my father like one of their own. But warmth isn't everything, and as the days went by, you also felt the professionalism of a well-oiled machine. The facilities are immaculate, and the comfort is palpable. My father even admitted that it was the best place for him to be. It's a shame he couldn't enjoy more time with the wonderful family that is Emera.

My mother, Francisca, attended the Emera Day Center for eight months, and I can only express my gratitude for the excellent experience she had there. Isabel is both caring and competent in one person. Now she has moved to the residential care facility, and the care she's receiving is just as satisfactory as it was at the day center. The attention and concern shown to the residents is truly appreciated. This includes the reception staff, the ward staff, the nursing staff, the dining room staff, the social workers, the therapists, the physiotherapists, the psychologists, and the management. And of course, the priest who celebrates Mass weekly for those who are interested. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone, and I want to express my sincere gratitude.

My mother left us a few days ago, after living for just over two years at the Emera Residence in Almería, a relatively new senior center noted for its magnificent and comfortable facilities. Through this review, I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the entire nursing home staff. The quality of care, professionalism, dedication, kindness, and, above all, the human warmth they have provided to my mother and our family has been outstanding. Knowing that we have professionals of their caliber, who have cared for her with such care throughout her stay, especially during the most difficult periods, has been a true comfort. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work.

On June 5th, my mother, Natalia Salas Martinez, passed away at the Emera residence in Almeria. She began attending the day center a few months after the residence opened, then spent some time there on and off, and finally, moved in permanently. I only have words of gratitude for ALL the staff, for their professionalism and empathy with the residents and their families. My mother was very well cared for and loved by everyone. Thank you all so much.

My mother is a user of the day unit at this center. She's been going since November, and for me, and especially for her, it's a wonderful place, starting with the facilities, the cleanliness, the food, and above all, the staff who provide such attentive and personalized care. They keep families informed almost daily, and the way they treat us is delightful. Today was particularly great; I visited the kitchen and tasted the food during a family open house. We were greeted by the social worker, the kitchen staff, and the head housekeeper. The kitchen facilities are state-of-the-art, and the preparations are done with the utmost care required in a social and healthcare center, resulting in excellent food. The head housekeeper explained every single piece of kitchen equipment and how the dishes are prepared in minute detail. I was amazed by the new equipment for a food aid called Yobebo, for people with dysphagia, something I was completely unfamiliar with. In addition to the housekeeper's explanation, her dedication to her work, her commitment to ensuring everything is properly handled, with quality products, and impeccable cleanliness in the kitchen, her treatment of the family has been with the same care and respect she shows for her job. The kitchen staff is on par with the housekeeper in terms of professionalism and excellence. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
