Based on my experience, and I have some, this nursing home is very good. Any problem is resolved immediately, they empathize with the family's situation, and the residents are well-groomed and attentive. Could it be improved? My mother has been in this residence for a year and is very well cared for; she's always clean and has clean clothes. I visit her unannounced, and she's ALWAYS perfectly clean. I don't understand the negative comments about it. And since Silvia started working at reception, they make a fantastic team (before, there was one person who wasn't very good, to be honest). As for Toñi, I can only say that with her there, I'm sure the residents receive the best possible care.
