Opiniones

My mother has been with them for almost a year. She's completely dependent psychologically and physically frail. You can't imagine the peace of mind I have, more and more each day. They're very professional. It always smells nice; they keep everyone clean and their diapers are fresh. As soon as I notice something about my mother that worries me, they get her blood work done, check her up with the doctor... They're so attentive! The kitchen is spotless and homemade. You can tell from the smell of the food that everything is delicious. My mother eats wonderfully. It's clear they do exercises with her at the gym because when I go, I always take her for a walk, and she doesn't stop walking for half an hour or more. Then she rests on a bench, and ten minutes later she's walking again. They're working on her muscle mass; otherwise, she wouldn't be able to walk like that. Her personality hasn't changed; she's still cheerful and affectionate, which tells me she's happy. I can only thank all these professionals for their excellent work every day. Thank you, thank you, and a thousand times thank you. May God reward you.

My grandfather has only been here a short time, but it was long enough to get to know a very caring team who treat the residents exceptionally well. We loved the facilities from the start because of their cleanliness and order. We'd like to thank the entire team, but especially Pilar, who is a truly outstanding professional.

If your family member isn't dependent, I'd say this center wouldn't be bad. A place where they feed you and flatter you... But if your family member is dependent (depending on the degree) and you love them, it's not advisable at all. Both the Day Center and the Residence are terrible services. From my experience at the Day Center, you'll see how they won't give your family member their medication or even bother to make sure they take it, no matter how much you talk to them. Forget about any results. You'll see how they'll charge you so your family member ends up sitting in an armchair all day watching TV without doing a single one of the activities they claim to offer. Even if someone who can still do certain activities does so if you motivate them and make an effort, they consider listening to a discussion in the same room where your family member is confined to an armchair month after month to be active participation. It's a shame that the person can do more elaborate activities; they won't bother to enhance stimulation, and their progress will plummet due to the neglect of the recreation and occupational therapy departments. Furthermore, you'll give them a craft they do at home, since you can see they're doing absolutely nothing, and that craft will sit unopened on a table for months so that, the day you decide to take your relative out (after repeatedly complaining that no one is clarifying what activities they do, since they tell you they do but get tongue-tied because they don't know what to say, and each person will give you a different version that doesn't match up), they'll end up giving you that craft they haven't opened in all those months, painted by the same staff members. As if you didn't know your relative well enough to know they can't paint like that. And of course, you have to sign a paper saying you're taking what you bought them, even though you didn't sign anything when you gave it to them. From the perspective of nursing assistants, you'll see how your family member won't be accompanied to the bathroom, urinating on themselves BECAUSE THEY AREN'T ACCOMPANIED TO THE BATHROOM, not because they have incontinence. They'll arrive home day after day with their clothes soaked in urine, carrying a bag, telling you it's time to put them in a diaper during the day. This is detrimental to a person and accelerates the progression of the illness, not to mention the eroded self-esteem. This person isn't wetting themselves because of incontinence, but because the nursing assistants tell you they'll accompany your family member twice an hour (staying with you), and when you speak to management to find out what's going on, they tell you that the assistant isn't even responsible for taking people to the bathroom. And to top it all off, you can be sure they'll always arrive with food stains on their clothes, and they won't even bother to clean them or change them. Regarding oral hygiene, you'll have to ask (because they won't even offer it, which is already very disappointing) if you can provide a toothbrush and toothpaste so they can brush their teeth after lunch. They'll say yes, of course, no problem (as with everything), and you'll see how it was only used the first day. The rest of the time, your relative will come home without the hygiene service they claim to offer (again, something the resident's family shouldn't have to ask for). From the perspective of the care home, just one day of needing the service was enough to say never again. Your relative won't be bathed; they'll be there 24 hours without even brushing their teeth. And if they only wear one diaper at night and NOT during the day—and even the cleaning staff knows this—you'll see how your relative ends up wearing a diaper all day. It doesn't matter who you talk to, the service, communication, and professionalism are appalling. The worst part is that it's down to the point of shamelessness, and not due to ignorance, which is the greatest of all the punishments, considering they are working with people.

Excellent service with highly qualified staff. The food is homemade and high quality, as it's cooked right there in the residence. My uncle is receiving excellent care, and I'm very grateful for the treatment he's received. They treat the residents with great affection, and there's a family atmosphere.

A charming, family-run residence located in a square where grandchildren and grandparents can enjoy visiting each other. The staff are 100% professional with over 10 years of experience. The cuisine is homemade, prioritizing the Mediterranean diet, and best of all is the care our residents receive. Experience 10/10. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work!
