My son is doing his social worker placement there, and he's delighted with the treatment he's received from the staff, the psychologist, the assistants... Thank you for everything.

I visited the residence and found it very welcoming, although I only saw the outside area. The social worker's service was outstanding: she is patient, kind, and has the ability to listen to both residents and visitors. However, Ana (who manages the residence) needs more training in communication and appropriate behavior with friends and family of the residents. It is especially important that she be mindful of her nonverbal communication (hands akimbo all the time) and be open to any criticism or feedback. Ultimately, this will all contribute to improving the services offered at the senior center.

Good location. You get there quickly just off the highway. The only downside is that the last 70 meters of road are in very bad condition, with lots of potholes. It's terrible. Once you get there, it's fine, and there's ample parking. My grandmother lives there. This winter, it seems they forgot to turn on the heating. Someone must have reminded the owners, and they finally did. Then, in the summer, they seem reluctant to turn on the air conditioning. Each person pays over 1000 euros, and there are more than 25 people. The owners live outside in a small iron shack. A lot of money comes in, but they only use a small amount for the elderly residents who pay. I'm sure they keep half the money and don't invest anything in the residence. The downspouts are broken when it rains. More could be done.
