It's the perfect residence. Wonderful care. Kind, caring staff. Perfect healthcare... I only have words of gratitude for the nuns and staff at the residence.

The same thing happened to me that Alba wrote in these reviews. I went to ask to admit my grandfather, and they treated me with contempt and indifference. They even hissed at me like a dog to get my attention and stop me from ringing the bell. If they treated me like that, I don't even want to think about how they treat the elderly. They're nuns, but honestly, they have very little respect for others. They don't practice what they preach, and I've seen it with my own eyes.

The difference compared to other care homes where profit is the only priority is the bottom line. Here, the care provided by the nuns couldn't be more humane. They also maintain meticulous records of each resident's medication. The location is unbeatable, practically in the heart of Alicante. It's no wonder they have such a long waiting list.

I've called this care home three times to request information, and the person who answered the phone refused to give me the official rates, even though this care home is listed among those contracted by the Valencian Regional Government. I also find the way they treated me shameful, asking questions like whether my grandmother was poor or rich. This hasn't happened at any of the other care homes I'm researching to see if we can afford them and if we're considering them. They told me to admit my grandmother, and once she's in, they'll give me the rates... unbelievable! And all this under the excuse that everyone can run their own business. I find it appalling that this center is receiving public funds and can do whatever they please. I hope they're much nicer to the residents than they are on the phone, because the treatment I received was truly awful. The person who answered the phone wouldn't even give me their name.

A very good nursing home. My grandparents are very well cared for, and the nuns are very concerned about them and make sure everything runs smoothly. Excellent, I recommend it 100%.
