Why can't anything be better? I will regret for the rest of my life putting my mother in this place, which should be banned from being called a nursing home; it's more like a parking lot for the elderly. The director is an arrogant, despotic, and exploitative character—and that's putting it mildly. People are poorly cared for and completely neglected, to the point of suffering dehydration three times—I was the only one who gave my mother water. I also lost consciousness for five hours, not knowing where my mother was, whether at the clinic or the hospital. Antonio, a liar, is rude, arrogant, and his cocky behavior demonstrates just how worthless this nursing home is. I advise no one to put a loved one in the hands of these people. I am sorry, I regret it, and I ask my mother's forgiveness for entrusting her life to this individual and for not reading the reviews on Google.

A regrettable and unpleasant experience we had at the residence. The residents are neglected, poorly cared for, and completely abandoned. To make matters worse, the director, Mr. Antonio, is a liar, rude, arrogant, and arrogant, demonstrating the residence's utter worthlessness. I strongly advise against entrusting a loved one to these people.
