1/1 Alicante, May 6, 2024 Thank you for the love and care my mother has received in this final stage of her life. Like many of her generation, she has had a very difficult life. I can assure you that in these last few years she has received warm and loving care from the staff at this center. Throughout this time, she has enjoyed the company of a family who has provided her with a great deal of comfort. She has recovered from two hip surgeries thanks to the rehabilitation she received, and was able to walk again both times; I consider it almost a miracle. This last week has been very difficult. You have helped me and guided me through the most difficult process of my life: saying goodbye to my mother. Thank you for all the support I have received. I will always carry you in my heart. My mother has been a resident for just over six years, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff at the care home. The treatment she received was exceptional, both professionally and personally. I would like to highlight the care she received from the nursing assistants, supervisors, medical staff, and of course, Estefanía, the social worker, and Sandra, the director. Best regards.

Hello, I'm Mila, Andres' daughter. I want to thank everyone for the care and affection you've shown my father, even though I know he's quite difficult to deal with because of his personality. I don't want to finish without thanking the entire nursing team, the amazing caregivers, the management, and the reception staff. I can't say everything was wonderful. As you know, I brought my father here because I felt it was time for us to be together. And as I said, thank you so much for everything. During the time my father has been with you, I've also felt at home. A big hug to everyone and a thousand thanks.

Elche, October 31, 2025 Letter of thanks to the DomusVi Carrús team in Elche My father arrived at DomusVi Carrús in Elche in 2018. He passed away on October 28. After visiting many centers, I couldn't have chosen a better place for him. From then on, he was happy. Very happy. Here he found affection, respect, joy, and a second family who cared for him wholeheartedly. Throughout all these years, he received so much love, and that fills us with peace and gratitude. To the Management, the medical team, the nursing staff, the assistants, the reception staff, the administrative staff, and the maintenance and cleaning staff. And to the entire team at DomusVi Carrús in Elche, and, especially, to the Palliative Care Unit at the *DOMUSVI CARRUS DE ELCHE* nursing home, we want to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude for the love, dedication, and compassion with which you cared for our father, Jerónimo, until his very last moment. From the management team—Sandra, Cristina, Sonia, and Estefanía—who were always approachable, sensitive, and attentive to every detail; to Dr. Esther Ros and Amelia, whose professionalism, tenderness, and constant attention always gave us confidence and peace; to the wonderful nursing team—Guada, Ángela, Asun, Joaquín, María José, Lidia, Raquel, Alba, and Jesús—who cared for him with immense affection, admirable dedication, and infinite patience; and the supervisors—Pepi (my dear Pepi), Marcela, Reme, and Alicia—who were always present, attentive to everything, and had enormous hearts. Our gratitude also goes to the reception team, Patricia, Elena, Ana, and Daniela, for their kindness, patience, and their daily smiles, which were so comforting; and, of course, to all the support staff, always dedicated, attentive, and full of compassion. We want to give a very special mention to Feli, Vanessa, and Angela, who were pure love with my father ❤️ for their exemplary dedication, their sincere affection, and their tender way of caring for him. Their care was a gift to our father and to all of us. Please forgive me for any names I may have forgotten. You were much more than a team: you were his first family. Thank you for treating him with the dignity, respect, and love that every human being deserves. He was cared for like royalty, surrounded by affection, attention, and warmth until his last breath. We also want to thank you for your support of the family: for every kind word, every comforting gesture, every hug and expression of support and understanding. You made us feel welcomed, heard, and supported at all times. We know that our father passed away peacefully, and that part of that peace was thanks to all of you. For this reason, you will always carry a piece of our hearts and our gratitude. With all our love, admiration, and eternal thanks, If anyone is considering placing their loved one in this home, I highly recommend it. "Geriatric" doesn't even begin to describe it. Here, professionalism, affection, vocation, and dedication ensure that our residents enjoy themselves and are happy. They are constantly busy with so many activities, including arts and crafts, motor skills exercises, games, events, dances, and connecting with the outside world through parties and celebrations so they can experience what's happening in their own comfort zone. Hello, I'm Maite, one of the worst days of my life was 7:2:2024 when I had to admit my father, I was panicking. Unfortunately, it was a short stay. He passed away in December, but I wanted to tell you how grateful my mother and I are. Thank you for the affection with which you have all treated him. I will always speak well of you
