El Complejo Residencial San Juan destaca por sus instalaciones cómodas y modernas, personal amable en su mayoría, excelente calidad culinaria con chef adaptable a dietas especiales, y buena relación precio-valor con actividades incluidas. Sin embargo, algunos huéspedes han reportado experiencias negativas con el trato del personal en el restaurante, particularmente respecto a políticas restrictivas con mascotas, lo que sugiere inconsistencia en el servicio al cliente.

Ok... Depends what one wants from Alicante ... But the place is really comfortable and the staff is delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean, the showers fantastic... The swimming pool is pretty nice and the garden ... Well ... As green as it can be! For a week or relaxing (or for relaxing after a day of work!) is perfect. Highly recommended!

Very rude people at the restaurant. If you have a dog, even a small one, and you hold it in your arms, you can't eat it practically, and I'm talking in a restaurant with a terrace and garden, not an enclosed place. What's more, I was extremely disappointed with the way they treated us, I've never seen such rude and obnoxious staff. NOT RECCOMENDED TO ANYONE.

Food first class, and real chef in the kitchen last minute vegan guest and the chef manage to throw a full vegan meal and really delicious 😋. Thank you, you made the day memorable for a vegan

Complejo San Juan has been recently renovated and now has beautiful rooms. The food and service is great and the beach is close and easy to reach.
