I'm giving it fewer stars because they won't let me. Where to begin? The elderly residents aren't well-groomed, the service leaves much to be desired, the food isn't very good (we're not asking for a five-star menu, but at least something decent), and the way they care for the residents is the worst—appalling doesn't even begin to cover it. A place I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

I feel a mixture of pity, disgust, and anger at what they do to the elderly there; the smell alone tells you how they work. I also know for a fact that they have several complaints against them and that both management and some employees lie to cover up negligence. Of course, there are wonderful workers as well. I hope life treats them the way they treat the elderly. If you care about your loved ones, take them somewhere else.

A terrible place, the service is awful, and the facilities are just as bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It's clear that some employees lack dedication to their jobs. The atmosphere isn't very pleasant, and the facilities are extremely unhygienic. The last time I was there, there was a very bad smell in the air.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The elderly residents are not very clean and the smell in some areas is awful. The food leaves much to be desired and the service also leaves much to be desired. I am very unhappy with this place.

A terrible place for the elderly, poor hygiene, inadequate care… if I had to take any family member, this wouldn't be the one I'd choose.
