I am writing this review to alert other families about the situation my father and I experienced at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen Residence in El Bonillo. Sadly, my father recently passed away due to a severe infection caused by pressure ulcers. Despite assurances that he was receiving the necessary care, the reality was quite different: the lack of mobility and repositioning—resulting from a clear shortage of qualified staff—led to irreversible physical deterioration that ultimately took his life. It is heartbreaking to see how a lack of skilled personnel and professional care can turn a residence into a place of vulnerability for the elderly. I am sharing this experience with great sorrow, but with the hope that no other family will have to endure this suffering and that urgent measures will be taken regarding staffing levels and the quality of care at this facility. Our elders deserve dignity until their very last moment. I hope this review can help others.

I'm writing this review to thank the entire team that works at this residence, from Mari, the center's coordinator, to the caregivers, Caridad in the kitchen and supporting the center (who, by the way, provides excellent food, without a doubt), the nurses, and the administration... The treatment is friendly, warm, and welcoming. I've had the opportunity to see the center, all the facilities, and the activities they offer, as well as the staff who provide such loving care. They are delighted. I say this because I have a relative there, and I know for a fact that they are in very good hands and very well cared for. The staff is highly qualified, attentive, and helpful.
