La Residencia Nuestra Señora de la Caridad destaca por su enfoque humanístico centrado en la persona, con un equipo profesional cualificado, instalaciones acogedoras y bien mantenidas, además de cuidados y atención afectiva hacia los residentes. Sin embargo, según algunas opiniones, existen áreas de mejora como la limpieza inconsistente, la calidad de las comidas y, principalmente, la necesidad de reforzar la plantilla de personal para garantizar una atención más adecuada a los mayores.

This care home isn't bad, but it has many things that need improvement. The cleanliness sometimes leaves something to be desired, and above all, the treatment of the elderly residents. I think they should make a greater effort, as the elderly deserve all the respect in the world. The food isn't the best it could be, but mainly I think the problem is that there's a lack of staff to care for the elderly.

Our Lady of Charity Nursing Home is a foundation in Villarrobledo inspired by humanistic values. It is a residence based on person-centered care models, where the interests of the elderly person take precedence, and the opinions of family members are always considered to provide a more comprehensive approach. Its rehabilitation team consists of highly skilled professionals who are committed to promoting an active life in later life. They have a Social Worker who is available to answer any questions regarding dependency issues and disability claims. At this residence, they prepare delicious homemade meals daily, cooked by their highly qualified cooks. The menus are designed by nutritionist Carolina Pérez, a leading professional in the field of dietetics and a presenter of programs on CMM Media. It is a large, medium-sized house where the entire team, and especially the caregivers who are in direct contact with the residents, are dedicated to their well-being every day. It has gardens for walks and a beautiful chapel. The role of families is fundamental.
