We are incredibly grateful for the care we received at this nursing home. It was recommended to us as one of the best in Vitoria, and it was absolutely true! Everything was very personalized. The owners are delightful, and the staff are also very kind to all the residents, who are clearly very happy. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming; it doesn't feel like a nursing home at all—it's so much more than that; it's a true home.

My father is in this residence and we're very happy here. He used to live alone, but he had to be admitted. The food is homemade, the staff is very attentive, and there's a doctor and a nurse on staff. The manager is a delight, a very sweet and endearing person; she's always on top of everything. The only downside is that they're so elderly, and in some cases, they can only enjoy the comforts and the care they receive for a short time. We were looking for a better quality of life in his final years, and honestly, we've found it here. I can't give it more stars, otherwise I'd give it a much higher rating than five, because they truly deserve it. That's why the residence is always full. I know people who have tried to get in; it has a very good reputation throughout Vitoria.

In this residence, the human touch and professionalism are evident from the very first moment. People feel right at home from the moment they arrive, as it has a very family-like atmosphere. The staff are always kind and attentive to each resident; you can tell they work with dedication and respect for our elders. Every day we see our loved ones participating in activities like painting, exercise classes for seniors, walks, and birthday celebrations—activities that bring them joy and emotional well-being, which is exactly what they need. It's a truly humane environment where our elders are well cared for, listened to, respected, and treated with professionalism and affection. I also have to mention that the food, including dinner, is all homemade, varied, and plentiful, and it always smells wonderfully freshly cooked. I highly recommend it.

This nursing home is located in the Betoño neighborhood. I give it 5 stars and recommend it without hesitation. It's the perfect place; everyone who works there is lovely. My aunt stayed here, and the experience was wonderful. The whole family was very happy. She was an elderly person with a strong personality, but the way they treat the residents is so wonderful that they quickly got to know her. The whole family was thrilled because it was a very difficult decision, but it turned out really well. We are incredibly grateful for all the good you do. We have complete confidence in you. It's not just any nursing home; it's truly a home, a family. Thank you so much for everything you've done.

Very happy. I highly recommend this place. We've been to several, and my mother has made the most progress here. They treat her very well, the food is incredibly generous, they provide therapy every day, they do crafts, the garden is wonderful when the weather is nice, and they celebrate birthdays. Many thoughtful touches are always included. And the person in charge is always attentive and ready to help.
