DomusVi Gazalbide destaca por su excelente atención médica y cuidados personalizados, con un equipo profesional y amable que conoce a los residentes por su nombre y se preocupa genuinamente por su bienestar, complementado por instalaciones modernas y espaciosas, actividades variadas diarias, y servicios adicionales como peluquería y podología. La dirección bajo Daniela ha mejorado significativamente la gestión, escuchando las sugerencias de las familias, aunque hay menciones menores sobre limitaciones en los ascensores. It's been a year with you!!! We're very comfortable and happy with my family member's progress. He's improved a lot after adjusting his medication. He's happy and eats everything without purees. He always has a good brand of yogurt for dessert (at the previous residence, purees when he can chew...). The facilities are spacious, clean, and renovated (while respecting the chapel and theater of the former Little Sisters). And the garden. The care from the very caring assistants and from the doctor, Virgilio, and Tamara (a nurse, whom we knew previously), is exceptional; they always listen and guide us. There are more nursing staff, and Jose is another doctor. I also want to thank them for their work and care, but we've already gained more confidence in Tamara and Virgilio. Thank you for all your attention and care. Thank you very much. Reception also helps communicate your requests to the staff you need to contact... maintenance, etc. Thank you to the coordinators, entertainers, physiotherapists, cooks, cleaning staff, and laundry staff (in addition to laundry, they also mark our clothes for free, while other residences charge for this service). ...everyone is friendly and knows the names of the nearly 150 residents when we meet. We have our own hairdresser and podiatrist. We specifically know the podiatrist because we haven't requested the service yet. Nuria, the "hairdresser," is a delight. She comes to pick up the residents from their floor, and everyone talks and enjoys their time at the hairdresser. She also enjoys laughing a lot with my family member. Daniela, the director, also listens to our suggestions and participates in events. From here, I encourage the entire team to continue like this. The only negative comment would be about the elevators. Otherwise, it's a very central residence and has its own parking lot, which is great when there are no spaces on the street. Other residences don't offer that option. I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. Thank you all so much.

La nueva directora es super amable, un muy buen trato a las familias, nos dio toda la información super rapido. Pero lo mejor es el trato a los mayores. Mi padre me ha contado que las auxiliares son super dulces, les ayudan con todo. Los terapeutas los han ayudado muchísimo con la movilidad, ahora camina mucho mas estable, y ya no le teme a las caidas (por lo que camina mejor). Ademas nunca se aburre, la animadora tiene actividades todos los dias grupales, ademas de buscar un ratito para cada persona que quiera compañía. Muchas gracias por todo

It's a modern center that suffered from certain shortcomings caused by a significant management gap. The new management, led by Daniela, has managed to improve internal services with professionals concerned about the well-being of our seniors and providing honest and kind care. There's room for improvement, as always, but currently, in my opinion, it's a highly recommended center for the care of our family members.

In the two years my mother has been at this residence, we have felt very well cared for... my mother is more cognitively stimulated, and the facilities are very comfortable enough to call it home... Having a hairdressing service, Sunday Mass, movie activities, gymnastics, and other activities helps her maintain an active life within her limitations... The care her caregivers provide is wonderful. The medical, nursing, and physical therapy services give us peace of mind regarding her care.

Excellent treatment from the social worker and the professionals who cared for us. The residence is modern, well-maintained, and pleasant. The experience of admitting a family member was very positive.
