My aunt was there from the moment it opened until her death. I have nothing but words of gratitude for Alba, Jorge, and the entire staff, from the cook to the caretakers. Thank you so much for all the love you've shown her. The residence, phenomenally well-equipped and very beautiful.

100% recommended in every aspect: indoor facilities, garden, staff, services... exquisite attention and a genuine desire to make life easier for everyone. I'm editing my review to add that I'm incredibly happy that in the last months of her life, my mother was a user of Carema's day center service. She made friends with other users and developed a very close relationship with the staff at the residence. Thank you, Carema, for taking such good care of her. You are the best. Hugs.

My mother spent her last days in this residence, until she was admitted to the hospital and subsequently passed away. I highly recommend it. It has a very family-friendly atmosphere, modern facilities, and is in a very quiet location near Vitoria, with an excellent staff. I am simply grateful for the wonderful care she received.
