I want to thank everyone who has been caring for my father during his time at the Residence. He felt right at home. He was very well cared for, with so much love. This residence deserves a 10 out of 10. Thank you to Marian for the team she has built. Ramón Arzuaga's family.

A very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My grandmother stayed there for a month, and we had to remove her from the residence because neither she nor we were happy at all: it's a "grandparents' park," they don't offer any of the activities they promise, they don't even pay attention to the guests, they barely speak to them, they give the families no information (my grandmother fell out of bed, we asked what had happened, and they didn't even acknowledge it for three days), the food was scarce... In addition to all this and more, when we told them my grandmother wouldn't be staying at the residence anymore (meeting the notice periods in the contract), they wouldn't return our deposit, more than €2,000. We had to report it to the Basque Government, and in the end, they returned it to us (they returned it on the last day established according to the contract, 60 days later). The manager isn't a nice person. In short, very bad, not at all recommended.
