My father spent six months at this residence and I highly recommend it. The team is fantastic, from the very caring and patient caregivers to the medical staff, the management team, Eva and Ana (who were always attentive to everything), and of course, Rebeca, the activities coordinator. My family is very grateful for the care we received.

My father stayed for three months, and I must say I've never encountered a better team. The staff and the director were incredibly attentive and treated my father exceptionally well. We are very happy with the service he received. We highly recommend them.

Be careful with the information they provide to gain entry; important things are left unsaid, such as the deposit and being charged for a whole month after only two days of stay. The facilities are adequate, and the staff are caring, though I seriously doubt their qualifications. In my experience, there have been police interventions, which the family isn't informed about. They make the resident sign a contract they can't sign because they have dementia. Staff work nights taking photos and videos of the resident, and the treatment is far from proper. Now, Ana and Eva, you can reply that you don't know the person who was there with you, just like you've responded to some of the reviews you didn't like, which are posted to inform potential users. I absolutely do not recommend this residence.

Our stay at Lorea Adurtza lasted two months. The staff were incredibly kind, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The facilities were very comfortable and cozy. A very positive experience.
