Excellent experience. The staff is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They care for the residents with great respect and affection, and it shows every day. Idoia is always there to assist us and keep us informed. The doctor is very approachable and always keeps us updated, and the physiotherapist does an extraordinary job improving mobility and rehabilitation. We feel very reassured and grateful for the care we receive. Highly recommended.

Great! Despite my father's illness, he felt right at home until his final days. I want to thank all the staff who made him feel at home. The residence is in a wonderful setting, in a beautiful and peaceful village—a magnificent place. Google won't let me post anything but good things and has removed my genuine opinion, so I'm posting this instead. As for the residence and its services... you can probably guess my opinion if they won't let me post it. Everything is so lovely.

My experience with the nursing home is very positive. When a family member has to leave their home and go somewhere else for care, you look for a place where they can feel at home. And at this nursing home, they work hard to make their residents feel that way, at home. It has ample space inside and out, with different rooms, so that both residents and their families can feel comfortable when we visit them. Large windows in the common areas allow natural light to illuminate the entire interior. The food is prepared on-site, cleaning is continuous, and the rooms are very spacious. During the week, Isone ensures that they provide a wide variety of activities for cognitive and psychomotor stimulation. The psychologist, doctor, nurse, assistants, housekeeping, kitchen, and coordinators Idoya and Sara work as a team to ensure that all this work is completed every day. And they do it with great care and empathy. I am at peace because I know my mother is in good hands.
