A warm, caring, and friendly atmosphere. They make you feel you're in good hands. Professional nursing staff. A good ratio of residents to staff ensures everyone is well cared for and supported at all times. Cleanliness and hygiene are constant. Overall, a very good experience. My mother was only there for rehabilitation for a short time, but it was enough to form a very positive opinion. Thank you to the team.

Our mother only spent three months at El Pilar residence, but my sister and I are incredibly grateful for the care and affection we received from the management, all the staff, and even the residents themselves. My mother was very happy there. We felt like family; we felt that our mother was not only in highly professional hands, but also in kind, loving, and protective hands. I can't imagine a better experience in this situation. From here, a huge hug to everyone who made it possible for us to feel so supported and loved.

The care our father received during a very difficult time was magnificent. Very professional, very caring, and above all, with so much love. All the staff at the residence—nurse, psychologist, therapist, and all the geriatric assistants—became like a second (actually, his first) family to my father. Thank you all so much, please keep up the good work.

A very good experience with them. They treated my father and the family very well, even though the situation was difficult. The residence is spotless and beautiful. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and caring. The management is approachable and accessible. They did everything they could to make the residence a home for my father. 100% recommended.

They are professional, and above all, they treat the elderly with great compassion. They care deeply for them; in the end, they become almost like family.
