As a family member, I couldn't be more grateful for the care my grandmother has received over the years. The staff is incredibly attentive, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. My grandmother arrived feeling very discouraged, and thanks to the staff, she now feels right at home. I want to personally thank Miriam and Cristina for always looking after her. We, as family members, truly feel at ease knowing she's in their care.

We're very happy with the experience. My grandmother moved in last month and is very pleased with the staff's care. Communication with families is excellent. If anything happens, they call us immediately. That gives us a lot of peace of mind. The location is quiet and very pleasant for both residents and their families. If I had to mention anything negative, it would be the difficulty of getting there by public transport, especially on weekends.

It's a residence located in a peaceful setting with comfortable facilities and surroundings, perfect for enjoying the fresh air or taking a stroll with the residents. The interior is also comfortable and accessible for seniors, with short distances between the various rooms and spacious, well-defined areas: several lounges, an entertainment room, a kitchen, a large dining room, a rehabilitation room, a doctor's office, a nursing station, bathrooms, an outdoor terrace, and a garden. The rooms are comfortable, charming, and clean, with shared bathrooms for two people. The care provided to residents is attentive, caring, and compassionate. They have a large team of staff members who are known for their kindness and compassion. The elderly residents receive excellent care, with personalized attention for personal hygiene and other needs. It is definitely a highly recommended residence. Based on my experience, I have nothing but words of gratitude for my parents' stay.
