A wonderful experience. They were incredibly accommodating and made everything easy for us. My father was delighted with the staff, the care he received, the food, and the driver; they made him smile every single day. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

They have a rental service for geriatric equipment, and the delivery and pickup service was perfect, but it's utterly shameful how dishonest they are. For an adjustable geriatric bed, a €100 deposit was required. Two years after my grandmother passed away and they reclaimed her bed, I'm still waiting for my deposit back. My parents went to request it, and they were given the runaround. I also went to request my refund, and they used the same excuse. I waited three months because, according to them, they were having financial difficulties. After that, I went back to request my refund and told them that if they didn't return the money that was rightfully mine, I would report them. Far from taking a reasonable approach, the owner boasted and told me that if I wanted to go ahead, I could, and then they certainly wouldn't pay me. It's a disgrace that they take advantage of people and their money. A terrible end to a difficult time for my entire family. Hopefully they will have the courtesy to get in touch and return the money that is ours.

A wonderful day center. Very friendly service, excellent dining room service. Focused on the individual and staffed by highly qualified professionals in therapy and healthcare. Come and bring your loved one; they'll feel right at home.
