For my part, I don't think there are words yet that can fully express the gratitude we feel for the staff on the first floor: the management, the receptionists, the administrative staff, the therapists, the psychologist, the physiotherapist, the cook, the hairdresser, the cleaning staff, the doctor and nurses, the social worker, and the director. I think I'll never forget you for how good you made us feel during those difficult times. But what I truly remember is the daily dedication and that feeling of, "I'm part of this too"... I'm not just leaving my parents; we're part of this, and we've created a family... My heartfelt farewell and my infinite gratitude... THANK YOU. A thousand thanks... and my famous kiss on one spot!

My infinite gratitude to all the people who cared for and supported my mother for four years in the nursing home. It was very hard work, undervalued and poorly paid. Thank you for your love and endless patience. And my complaint to the company: not a single note, call, or email after her death. You must be elegant to the very end, and as a company, you are not. I hope that not one more of the residents who continue to live at Torre del Ángel are left without a simple kind word as a farewell.

My mother-in-law has had her room's bathroom blocked for three weeks due to two missing toilet bolts. As a result, she has to use the one in the room next door, disturbing the other residents and risking falling because she has limited mobility. We've been asking for a solution to this problem for three weeks, to no avail. Yesterday, after a meeting with the residence director, his solution was that he couldn't do anything because the maintenance company was to blame and that it wasn't in their hands. The attention to changing dirty clothes or shoes also leaves much to be desired. The lack of staff has also been very noticeable for some time. The residence has beautiful terraces where outdoor activities used to take place, but now they aren't used except when going out with family members. It's not even a shadow of the residence it was two years ago... The residents don't deserve this...

Very happy with the phenomenal service. The grandparents are very well cared for, and they have plenty of activities to entertain themselves. Medical and nursing care is provided daily; they are very concerned about their needs. The facility is very clean and has a good atmosphere.

It's a far cry from what it was a year ago. I've lost all trust when they explain how things are going. They tell me everything is fine and under control, but then, through completely credible and qualified colleagues, they tell me that's not the case, and I can see it too. I've noticed that in the last year, I can't trust whether they're giving her the medication correctly. Several times I've seen that the patch isn't on the right day, or they haven't even put it on. There's a clear lack of staff. And there hasn't been a manager for a while now. In short, it's nothing like it used to be. What's going on? They listen, they note down incidents, but they keep happening. "She slept well, and then I find out she was on the sofa." Do I really trust that they checked on her room? This is happening with several things, trying to cover up a clear problem with management and leadership. Get your act together; our elderly don't deserve this.
