IMMENSE GRATITUDE Losing a father is incredibly difficult, but it comforts us to know he was in the best hands. In his final days, the care home staff were his greatest comfort and our greatest support. Thanks to your care and professionalism, my father was able to spend those moments in peace and without the suffering that worried us so much. All our love to the management, doctors, nurses, assistants, social worker, and the rest of the staff for your compassion. We couldn't have been in better hands. Eternally grateful! After a family member had been staying there for years, the manager refused to return our deposit. Only after we threatened legal action did he return it. According to relatives of other residents, this is not uncommon.

Very bad. Constant struggle. Neglect and passivity.

Good afternoon, my mother is in that care home, and she's very well cared for. The staff and managers there are very professional. They have excellent doctors and nurses, and the food is very good. They also have physical therapy. Congratulations to everyone! 👏

Very bad. We just removed my grandfather from the nursing home due to the poor hygiene conditions (having expressed our dissatisfaction with his personal hygiene on several occasions and received kind words from the facility manager not to let it happen again, but this never improved). Not to mention the reasons why we couldn't have a conversation with my grandfather because he seemed completely demented, something that hasn't happened before he was admitted to this nursing home and since we removed him from it. When we took him out for a snack outside the facility, he ate with an unusual greed. I could go on listing countless other things. BUT IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONES TO BE WELL CARED FOR AND LOOKED FOR, THIS IS NOT AN OPTION.
