You can't kick someone out just because their behavior isn't exemplary. These are sick people, and it's a nursing home, not a hotel. The directors' attitude toward the families is appalling; they act with a complete lack of sensitivity and empathy. Just think for a moment and ask yourself: if someone did that to me, would I like it? It's that simple.

My father couldn't have been in a better place. Thank you so much to all the staff. I wouldn't want to forget anyone. From the director, social worker, supervisors, caretakers, receptionists, physiotherapist, doctor, nurses, cleaning staff, Noelia in the cafeteria, and the activity leaders. Thank you for the care you gave my father and our family!
- Eduardo Guerras
I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire staff at the care home, from management to all the cleaning personnel. From day one, the care and attention shown to my father and all of us will always be in our hearts, and we can never thank them enough.

From bad to worse, the director (Nicolás) has no empathy for the residents or their families. It's a shame to have such an arrogant person running that facility. It's not a business, it's a nursing home. Many employees play along with him, hoping to inherit his position.

How can a care home kick out a sick person just because they're causing trouble? Seriously? If they were well, they'd be at home. It's a real shame.
