To all the staff at Mirador, I want to express my most sincere and profound gratitude for the dedication, affection, and professionalism with which you care for my mother every day. From the moment she arrived at the residence, we felt she was in good hands. But as time has passed, we have seen that you go far beyond the call of duty: every smile, every gesture of patience, every detail in your daily care reflects a priceless commitment and humanity. Thank you for making my mother feel accompanied, respected, and valued. I know it's not an easy job, and that's precisely why I admire your work even more. You are an admirable team, and as her son, I couldn't be more grateful for everything you do day after day. Thank you so much.

When, fortunately, the time comes that there's no other option but to put your parents in a residential center. And I say fortunately because I still have them, and that residential center is a very good center, in terms of the staff who work there, and I mention everyone: management, doctor, nurses, receptionist, social worker, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, assistants, cleaners, cook, laundry staff. I wouldn't want to leave anyone behind. It's a great blessing because my parents' well-being is very important to me, and the peace of mind comes from knowing you've left your parents with very professional people and, more than that, with people with a heart and affection for all the residents as if they were their own parents. What more could you ask for knowing you've taken them away from their homes, habits, and their own lives? I want to thank all the staff and management of the center for their professionalism and their big hearts ❤️ for the people who are there and need them because it's their daily life. I gave them five stars, which seemed like too few, because they deserve every star in the universe. I recommend this center not only because they deserve it, but also because those parents who did everything they could for their children deserve it. Thank you for everything, and lots of love from my parents and me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a relative pass away last May, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff who cared for my mother, from the healthcare workers to the (wonderful) caregivers and the management, who were always very empathetic, especially in her final moments. They may have their faults, like everyone else, but the quality and warmth at this center is rare in the sector. Thank you to everyone at Mirador.

My mother has been here for 3 weeks. I can say that the treatment is great. The assistants are super attentive and are always looking after all the residents. The nurses, both in the morning and in the afternoon, are very kind and are always available for any emergency. The doctor has called me 3 times to inform me about my mother's health, which shows the interest they have in their work. The reception staff is very friendly. I am delighted to have brought my mother here. It has been a very good experience. My score is 10. I recommend this residence, El Mirador del Duero, to all seniors.

A few months ago, my parents were in a care home. During that time, my father passed away. My brother and I then decided to take my mother out of the facility. That's when the problems started, given the lack of cooperation from the care home. We also haven't received any information about the deposit we paid. It seems they took our decision very badly, refusing to release her, forcing us to take legal action to get her out of the facility.
