Opiniones

This care home shouldn't be open. My mother was there with Alzheimer's, and they kept her sedated all day, sitting on a sofa reclined so she couldn't get up. She slept on a mattress on the floor so she couldn't get up either. They don't take the residents for walks, only those who are able to go themselves. There's a staff shortage, and the staff is inattentive and unmotivated. The director has no empathy and never answers calls or emails. They don't let you go up to the rooms. The food is terrible. The facilities are neglected. The social worker is barely adequate. Family members go every day to take their loved ones out if they want to see the sun. I've filed a complaint with the social services department. There's a shortage of nursing staff. There's no nursing-assisted room. The doctor is overwhelmed, but still attentive, and the head nurse is too, but they do what they can with what they have.

Why won't it let me rate it lower? But what a disgraceful care home! There's no staff (and the few they have, well done) and I don't see that everyone is being cared for as they deserve. It's a complete disaster, and from what the staff have told me, they don't see it getting any better... what a shame...

The worst nursing home. My parents were both there, and it was horrible. Neglected, malnourished, and abandoned. They're sedans so they don't bother anyone, and they take away their cell phones so you can't talk to them. Unfortunately, they both died, and not from Covid. Don't even think about taking them there.

I haven't been there myself, but I've heard great things about the treatment of our seniors: good food, a garden for sunbathing and strolling, and the family members are happy, and that says a lot.

I have no words to express how grateful I am to them. I see how they care for my grandmother when no one else is looking. They give her so much affection; she herself, with what little sense she has left, tells me so. They are fantastic. I suffer a lot when I see her, but it comforts me to know that she is better off with them than at home.
